How do I build a raised bed for my vegetable garden? - raised garden beds blueprints
I have no experience to build things, but I think it will be relatively easy to increase a bed of 4 meters x 12 meters from my garden. I'm about 18 cm deep. The plans and ideas out there? I do not exercise and possibly Home Depot cut the wood for me. Thank you!

Sounds like a great project! A simple way would be to run 4x4 posts at each corner of the bed, and nail or screw on the side walls of the post. The wide 18-inch boards were hard to find, but the scale of 2 10 or 12 inches are common.
Word of warning: Do not buy pressure-treated wood or crossing or a bed. The chemicals are dissolved in soil and plants. My first choice would be, cedar, followed by Redwood (expensive) or composite surface.
PT wood is used to contain copper sulfate. A herbicide for the plant. All include fungicides, and some contain arsenic, while others contain chemicals that kill animals to chew in the forums.
You must use pesticides, mussels, plants and animals, it is composted and advice to keep. This is not a healthy thing in food.
I have a team of beds increased from Spray-N-Grow (http://www.spray-n-growgardening.com). He made a 4 ft x 4-foot bed, but you can get three of them to 4 meters x 12 meters bed. It was very easy to fit. You do not need a drill, but only the basic tools.
